At Body Coach Fitness Studio  we’re focused on delivering the highest possible value to our members. So, every three months we like to organise meet ups for our members and clients usually at a local pub.

We also have a gym 5-a-side football team who play every week, why not join us for a game?

March 27th, 7pm Coach and Horses Pub, Rickmansworth

A (healthy) food spread, tea and coffee were provided in the evening at the Coach and Horses in Rickmansworth, where members of the gym met for a chat, drink and a bite to eat.

No doubt Juraj and the team will be making sure everyone will soon be sweating out any over indulgence at a later date!
