At Body Coach Fitness Studio we want you to achieve your goals as soon as possible, so we offer complete personalised attention with One-on-One personal training. We ensure you get results, so you can make the most of your time in the gym and session lengths can be tailored to your needs. The trainers are fully qualified First Aiders.

Nutrition plays a vital role in achieving and maintaining your personal goals. Recently, it has become extremely confusing to know what’s actually ‘good’ and what’s not when it comes to dietary requirements. At Body Coach Fitness Studio we provide nutritional advice to help you make decisions about your health. Our programs focus on healthy meals that, when combined with regular exercise, will get you on the right track to maintaining your health and fitness goals.

Juraj Antal

I know exactly what it takes to get a great physique but also how to get you looking healthy and feeling fantastic. Training for me means exercising for health, a good looking body and being free of injuries and pains such as knee or back pain. As a child I spent most of my time in hospital and I can tell you that my doctor sickness file is pretty thick, from asthma to skin problems, allergies and growing problems to many more. Doctors were telling me not to do any vigorous sport activities which could cause me to become breathless. Like any 5-6 years old, all I wanted to do was run around but I couldn’t as I couldn’t breathe properly. So, what did I do? I went against my Doctor’s wishes and joined a football club. By running around and keeping active, my health slowly improved and after a year or so my asthma soon started to recede. Originally from Slovakia, a couple of years later I played for a club in BRATISLAVA, the capital of Slovakia. After I stopped playing football I started to follow in my father’s footsteps as he was the owner of a gym and a fitness trainer. Now I’m sharing my life sports experiences and as a qualified diploma personal trainer I want to help my clients to achieve their fitness and health goals.

Training does not always have to be about losing weight or building muscles. You need to train for your health to keep your joints mobile, to strengthen your heart, to improve breathing, postural imbalances and to relieve stress. It’s also great for simply improving physical and mental well-being. I have been in the fitness industry for some time now, my training techniques derive from experience as well as theory. I believe everyone has to start somewhere and one of the greatest moments in life is realising that two weeks ago your body couldn’t do what it just did. For me training is the best way to boost your energy levels! I believe that when you feel fit and healthy, you also feel equipped to achieve more in all areas in your everyday life,everyday tasks will become easier to perform. Working as a Personal Trainer I use knowledge and experience to motivate others to reach beyond what they think is possible. It’s not only about helping someone achieve a short term goal, it’s about changing someone’s mindset and lifestyle. I know that working through physical challenges in the gym strengthens not only your muscles and bones, but also relieves any everyday stress. I keep my training sessions exciting, challenging, and effective by using a large variety of exercises and training strategies specifically tailored to my client’s goals. My number one goal is to help my clients to be successful. My passion is for bodyweight and resistance training and I specialise in weight loss, toning and strengthening, nutrition advice, as well as training for health.
